Landlord Advice

• Advice following a standard EPC Assessment, £50. Note that an EPC certificate must have been obtained through KR EPC Assessors prior so that all available data is on hand. Discussion may be given over Zoom, Teams, or face-to-face if local (Warrington).

• Advice following submission by the property owner of relevant property information, £80. Note that no EPC will be issued following this advice as that requires the inspector physically inspects and evidence the property themselves.

• Survey of the house with Infra Red heat gun, internally and externally, and discussion with resident. Photos and videos provided. Approximate duration 1.5 hours. £100. Note that for the best results this survey should be performed on a cold evening or cold cloudy day.
